A Restful Halloween

I know that as Halloweens come upon us in the future we will have two sugared up, hyped up, trick-or-treatin' boys on our hands...but not this year!!! This year was the most relaxing time ever--why you ask? Well mainly because at 7:15 p.m. Halloween night 2011-THIS was the scene through my camera lens...

And because BooderBean and BrotherBean were so tired after only 2 of our 6 visits last night, we only were able to snap one photo of them actually "trick-or-treating" the family.  Grandma and Grandpa Krout were the lucky winners!  We made a stop off in Glencoe to visit them and then took the boys out on a ride in the pasture to snap a few shots of the active boys playing up their roles of Deer Hunter and Deer.

(yeah, i know..he's pointing a "gun" at his brother, BUT in his defense he was totally in character and they were just playing!!!...make it any better??)
(in this one the "deer" was trying to climb the tree, and the hunter did not like that)

(someone please tell me why every nearly 2 year old has to stick their fingers up their nose??? grosses me out!!!)

(Grandma and Grandpa Krout and the boys)

They haven't even been able to see all the goodies they received last night because they snoozed through the rest of the evening.  BrotherBean woke up for a few of the stops, long enough to be carried heavily to the door and give a big hug and kiss to aunts, uncles, nana's, mimi's, and papas, then he was like BooderBean...smooth out!

Happy Halloween (yesterday) and Happy All Saints Day (today)!
